NiteClub is a Margovyan live-action sketch comedy show created by Leonid Pankavuranov for Make Me Laugh Margovya. The show began broadcast on April 9, 1982 with only Mikhail Pankavuranov, Borislav Okurev, Yulian Markovsky, Jamal Lamitalovsky, and Konrad Kortesov as regulars, with one to two guest stars per episode. The show airs from 2230 to 0000 hours (UTC - 05:00) every Friday night.

The show features regular sketches which vary from episode to episode, plus recurring segments that usually appear in each episode for at least a full season. The longest-standing segment is the Parody Corner, a segment in which Mikhail Pankavuranov (and later, other regulars and guest stars) parody a song, which has been a recurring segment since the show's premiere in 1982. A variant of the segment, called Parody Corner Censored, was introduced in 2009 by Conrada Cortesova, in which she will sing a song in its original lyrics, but random words will be censored, usually innocent words that will sound dirty when covered by the bleep.

Some of the most notable segments include: I Wanna Stand-Up (1984-present), in which a regular or a guest star will perform stand-up comedy based on usually obscure topics; Gregoriy & Mstislav (1989-1994), a continuous skit played by Gregoriy Umalin and Mstislav Enerkov; MicNite (1993-2005; 2017-present), a rap battle segment between a "defending champion" and a "challenger," in which whoever "wins" the battle will come back the next episode to defend his/her title; and Advice from the Speedster (1996-2009), in which the "Speedster" (played by Gennady Elemat, later Mark Vizinsky) reads letters and answers phone calls, then gives advice to the sender, all the while driving, usually at top speed, on a highway.

The show has broadcast a total of 921 episodes upon the conclusion of the thirty-eighth season on May 1, 2020, making it the longest-running sketch comedy show in Margovya.
